Our Local View St. Louis executive, Allie, has recently entered into the digital marketing realm of the event industry. We wanted to learn a little bit more about what event industry professionals are saying about digital marketing. So we reached out to some event industry professionals and asked them a few questions. Our second professional is Allison Hershberger, the CEO and President of Parties & Props. Read her interview below:

Q: Biggest challenge you face in getting new clients?

A: Them knowing we are here and understanding what we do as a company.

Q: On-going challenge you face getting online reviews?

A: Asking clients to do them, following up, following through.

Q: What social platforms do you find most beneficial for your business?

A: Facebook & Instagram.

Q: What has been your most rewarding moment on the job?

A: Each event is rewarding when you are able to bring a clients vision to life and exceed their expectations.

Q: Do you believe digital marketing is essential for your business? Why or why not?

A: Essential. It showcases who we are as an organization and broadens our reach.

Q: When it comes to your website, social media, online reviews, etc. what do you find most important for your business?

A: They all work in tandem with one another and if utilized well can really help propel your business.
